On the basis of partnership agreement with AZO Space of Innovation, Wroclaw Institute is involved in supporting the organization of the upcoming edition of Copernicus Masters competition as a Regional Associate.

Copernicus Masters is an international competition where innovative solutions, studies and ideas for business and society, based on Earth observation data are rewarded. The concept of Big-data obtained as a result of Earth Observation has a great potential to create innovative products and services. Thanks to the Copernicus programme various industries and areas of public interest can benefit from it.

Copernicus Masters has become a driving force promoting state-of-the-art solutions. Each year, revolutionary new entries in the fields of agriculture, energy, health and digital transport appear in various award categories – to name a few. An important new feature of this year’s edition is the direct involvement of the European Commission, which funds the special prize.
